Hallo zusammen,
ich -30 Jahre , berufstätig- biete ab Mitte August ein Zimmer (zum Innenhof gelegen, schön hell) zur Vermietung an Pendler an.
Da ich unter der Woche nur sehr wenig zu Hause sein werde, bietet sich dies an. Am Wochenende möchte ich allerdings die Wohnung alleine nutzen können.
Vielleicht sucht der ein- oder andere solch eine Möglichkeit.(Airbus, Flughafen, Mondelz und Becks sind fußläufig erreichbar)
Die Lage ist super zentral. Direkt an den Neustadts-Wallanlagen, super nah am Flughafen (Rad unter 10 Min), ebenso Airbus und EADS. Zur Innenstadt (Schlachte) braucht man ca. 10 Min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung ist ansonsten mit eigentlich allem ausgestattet, Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), Waschmaschine, Balkon, Duschbad. Im Preis würde eine Putzfrau inklusive sein! (aktuell noch auf der Suche aber geplant!)
