Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für alle Bewohner stehen die Einbauküche und der Sanitärbereich mit 2 Duschkabinen und 2 WCs sowie 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer sind mit 1 Boxspringbett (1,40m) oder 1 Einzelbett (1,20m), Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl sowie Fernseher ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Cerankochfeld, Spüle, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühl-/Gefrierschränke und div. Ober- und Unterschränken sowie Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien.

Die Taunusstraße befindet sich mitten in Frankfurts Szeneviertel rund um den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Das Bahnhofsviertel liegt zentral zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, sowie Clubs (Rotlichtviertel).
Auch etliche Supermärkte, sowie Drogerien sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Main ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal durch die direkte Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof.

Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. Kaution. Hier gilt immer eine Monatsgebühr, welche bei Buchung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt wird.
Einheitlich in allen Objekten ist auch eine einmalige Endreinigungspauschale in Höhe von € 200,- - 250,- für den gesamten Aufenthalt.
