Hallo lieber Zimmer-Sucher,
da uns einer unserer geliebten Mitbewohner verlässt wird ab September in der Düsseldorfer Stadtmitte ein ca. 20qm großes, helles Zimmer frei - und vielleicht ist es genau deines. Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, wobei drei davon bereits von uns behaust werden und eines unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer ist. Es gibt eine große Küche, ein noch größeres Bad, ein Gäste-WC sowie einen Balkon. Spül- und Waschmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke sowie ein 42er Plasma-TV im Wohnzimmer sind vorhanden. Das freie Zimmer hat Laminatboden und ist teilmöbliert (Abschlagzahlung 250€).
Zu uns, wir sind: Karesly, Magu und Jeffry, zwischen 22 und 30, fast alle berufstätig, aus Venezuela, den USA und Spanien.
Die komplette Miete beträgt ca.330€. Darin enthalten sind auch Nebenkosten und Internet(W-LAN/Flatrate).

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kommt fussläufig in 5 Minuten zum Hautbahnhof und in 10 Minuten in
die Altstadt oder an den Rhein. U-Bahnhof Oststrasse und Stresemannplatz sind direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Netto, Rewe sind in der Nähe), Restaurants etc. sind alle fix zu erreichen – City eben.
