I'm offering my current room in a shared flat. You'll be living with two relaxed guys in an older house with a small garden. As you can see on the picture, the room is fully equipped with a bed, a table/ chair and a wardrobe. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so there is no need to bring your own stuff.The house itself consists of 4 appartments, all of which are home to young professionals from all over europe/ the world. It is centrally located, close to the Leipziger Strasse, in a cool neighbourhood and just 50 m. away from the U-Bahn Station "Kirchplatz". Both of your future roommates are working during weekdays, but very much up for a common dinner, a shared glas of wine and good conversations after work. The atmosphere around the house is rather easy going, but characterised by an exceptionally good community sense. The same shoud hence apply to you ;-).

- there is a mattress & duckboard (Lattenrost) which I purchased about 4 months ago, it should be taken over for EUR 140. Original receipt available.
- oh, and I recently planted tomatoes in our garden... would be great if you could look after them ;-)
