Hallo,
die Wohnung liegt außerhalb vom Ring. Diese ist gut mit der U7 / Britz - Süd zu erreichen und in Neukölln ist man ca. in 10 Minuten ( 4 Stationen ). Es ist einfach ein wenig ruhiger - Bars sind nicht direkt vor der Haustüre, dafür eben Nord-Neukölln. Biolärm steht auf dem Programm, anstatt Auto- oder Tourilärm.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer 35 m2, einem kleinem Schlafzimmer oder Büro 16 m2 und einem Schlafzimmer 20m2. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon und einen Fahrradkeller.
Einkauf, Post sind um die Ecke und die Gropiuspassagen mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf`s Tempelhofer Feld benötigit ihr lediglich 15 Minuten mit dem Rad oder eben 20 mit der Bahn. F`hain, xBerg oder der Alex sind ca 30 Minuten entfernt. Die U7 ansich ist eine gute Hauptlinie zum umsteigen. In Steglitz ist man in 30 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Möbel, Küche, WM, GS etc. ist alles vorhanden. Der Preis deckt alles ab, d.h. einziehen, fertig.

the flat is out of the railway circle. The flat is next to the underground station ( Britz - Süd / U7 ) and in Neukölln you are in about 10 minutes ( 4 stations ). The living place is more quiet - bars are infront of the house door, but you can find them easily in noth Neukölln. In the foreground you find bio-uproar instead of car or touristic noise.
At the moment the room with 20 sqm is not free, the small room or office with 18 sqm can be rented. Also you will find a living room wich has 35 sqm. You will find a nice balcony and a bycicle cellar.
Supermarket, post are around the corner and the Gropiuspassagen can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or of course by underground. To the Tempelhofer field is it 15 minutes by bike or 20 by underground. F´hain, xBerg and Alex are about 30 minutes by underground ( actually by bike you are as fast as the underground if it is in 30 minutes ). The underground train U7 is a main line and switching to other lines is easy. In Steglitz you are in 30 minutes by bus.
Furniture, kitchen, WM, DW is already in the flat and for use. The price includes everything else which means, move in and live.
