Die Wohnung ist ca. 51qm groß und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
Eine Einbauküche mit Spüle, Kochplatten und Arbeitsplatte sind bereits vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche.
Die Küche befindet sich in einem extra Zimmer, welches genug Platz für einen Esstisch und Schränke bietet.
Abgetrennt vom Wohn- und Schlafbereich gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer.
Zudem kann mein Unitymedia-Vertrag übernommen werden, so kann man sich die Anschlussgebühren sparen.
Die Wohnung kann wahlweise zum 1.10 übernommen werden evtl auch etwas früher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Rodheimerstr. man benötigt knapp 2 min. bis zur Haltestelle Hessenhallen. Zu Fuß braucht man ca.10-15 min bis zum Neustädter tor.
