Hallo!
Da ich für einen Monat in Amerika bin, kann ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Die WG liegt direkt an der Innenstadt im Bleichenviertel, zwei mal umfallen zum Münsterplatz (zentrale Bushaltestelle). Die WG ist insgesamt 105m² groß, das Wohnzimmer hat 40m², großes Bad und große Küche.
Dein Zimmer hat ca. 15m² mit Fernseher und 1,40m x 2m Bett.
Festnetz und Internet (DSL 6000) Flatrate mit W-LAN sind auch vorhanden.
Die Kosten belaufen sich im Normalfall auf 470€, bin aber bereit mit dem Preis weit runterzugehen,falls es sonst keine InteressentInnen gibt.
Bei Fragen nicht scheuen anzurufen, rufe auch gerne zurück.
