Das Apartment ist ganz neu, voll möbliert, die Küche hat sogar einen Backofen, was wirklich selten vorkommt bei Studentenwohnheime. Das Bett ist 120cm breit, Matratze ist auch schon vorhanden.
Im Erdgeschoss ist ein öffentlicher Bereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und TV, wo man sehr schnell Leute kennenlernen kann.
Nächster Supermarkt und HBF sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Bäcker ist quasi im Haus. Es gibt sogar einen Hühnerstahl nur für die Studenten vom Wohnheim.
In die Altstadt sind es 1,9km, zur SRH Hochschule sind es 2,7km.
Im ganzen Haus darf übrigens nicht geraucht werden.
Es ist zwar ein Studentenwohnheim, und da wohnen auch überwiegend Studenten, aber du musst nicht ein Student sein um dort wohnen zu dürfen.
Zusätzl. Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100€ wird von der Verwaltung erhoben, musst du deshalb auch vorm Einzug zahlen.
