Hallo,
ich möchte mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in Villach gerne weiter vermieten. Das Wohnheim befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von der FH Kärnten entfernt. Es ist ein modernes Haus und das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Gerne könnt Ihr das Zimmer auch nach Absprache besichtigen.

Voraussetzung ist natürlich dass man eingeschriebener Student ist.
Mein Mitbewohner kommt aus Deutschland und studiert Leichtbau im Master an der FH. Er ist ein sehr umgänglicher Mensch, mit dem man auch gerne Aktivitäten starten kann. Raum für Privatsphäre ist immer vorhanden.
Das Haus hat ein kleinen Fitness Raum und eine Saune zur Mitbenutzung. Im ganzen Haus wohnen um die 100 Studenten, jedoch ist jede Wohnung (2Zimmer) komplett ausgestattet. Es besteht also die Möglichkeit mit den anderen Hausbewohnern etwas zu machen und die Gesellschaft zu geniessen, jedoch hat man immer seinen Privatsphäre in der Wohnung und in seinem Zimmer. Top für jeden Studenten.
