Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster. Außerdem haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon zur Sonnenseite. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten von der Universität Feldkirchenstraße entfernt. Perfekt für Feki-Studenten, aber auch zur Innenstadt oder Erba ist es mit Bus oder Rad nicht weit. Eine Busanbindung ist direkt eine Straße weiter. So ist man mit dem Bus oder mit dem Rad in zehn Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Ich bin Michael, 30 Jahre, habe hier in Bamberg Soziologie studiert und bin jetzt Promotionsstudent hier an der Uni. Fühlt sich aber immer noch wie Studentenleben an :)
An Bamberg mag ich am liebsten die Kneipenszene. Ich koche nicht sooo oft, bin ein Mensa-Dauergänger, aber Lasagne und Curry bekomme ich ganz gut hin. Ansonsten spiele ich Beachvolleyball und Badminton. Ich habe öfter mal Gäste da für Spieleabende, gemütliches Biertrinken oder Filmschauen. Ich würde mich als gesellig beschreiben, verbringe aber auch manche Abende einfach vorm PC.
Schreibt am besten eine Email, eine kleine Vorstellung wäre cool :)
Das Einzugsdatum wäre idealerweise der 01.10.2019. Eventuell geht es auch etwas früher.
