Hallo! My name is Beatriz. I am a Spanish 24-year-old female currently moving to Berlin to start a paid Ph.D. at the Free University of Berlin. I will begin an exciting project about insect biology working in a lab near the Botanical Garden. Thus, I am looking for a furnished apartment from December or January to rent on the long term and until I finish my Ph.D. (3 years). I would like to move to the following districts: Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, Kreuzberg, Steglitz or Tempelhof. Regarding the apartment, I can pay up to 550-600 euros warm and I would like to have a 1 or 1.5 room flat with 30 sqm minimum. Garden or balcony is a plus but not mandatory.
