Hi there,
I'm subletting a room from in Tempelhof/Neukölln, 16sq.m in a 63sq.m flat, ca. 1 km from Hermannstr.
The room is furnished with the basics: bed, clothes rail and a desk.
You can reach the S+U Hermannstr. in 4min by bus or 10-12 min by feet.
There is a Lidl in front of the house, a lot of Spätis and restaurants at Hermannstr., an Aldi halfway there and a Rewe in the direction of Alt-Tempelhof.
The Tempelhofer Feld is also ca. 10 min. by foot.
From Hermannstr. you can take the u8, the Ring Bahn + other lines, and various buses.
You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Alicia, a software developer and Filip, a graphic designer and illustrator.
We are very easy going and relaxed, very respectful of each other's privacy, but we also appreciate having some activities together sometimes or just having a chat here and there.
I'm currently working remote and Filip is starting with a remote bootcamp as a concept artist beginning of April, so we both stay at home during the week, and we would need a quiet environment, at least during the working hours.
The whole apartment is furnished in a simple way, but there is everything needed for everyday life.
In the kitchen there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a fridge, dishes, mixer, etc.
We tend to do a general flat cleanup once a week together, usually on a weekend day, but it's not like a fixed cleaning plan, and you can of course decide for yourself when you want to do what :) During the week, we try to keep the common areas as clean and organized as each of us can manage.
We are vegan, so if you're vegan too, that would be nice, but it's for sure not a must :)
We do not offer any registration (Anmeldung), since it's a temporary sublease.
In the best case, you have already a registration in any other place in Germany.
I have a cat (Miezi) that is super sweet, but already 12 yo and needs a little support.
She has to take medicine twice a day, which I usually take care of.
Ideally, I would like for someone to move in that loves animals and that wouldn't mind helping out with her, whenever we're not home :) Miezi is used to go in and out of the flat during the day, from the window in the room that would be yours, so it would be amazing if that's fine with you (she sits in front of the closed window, to signalize that she wants out).
If you consider the room, please drop me a line regarding the cat, so that I know that you read the ad :)
