Wir sind 2 Fertigstudierte (männl.) im besten Alter, die eine 3er-WG gründen möchten und dazu noch eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) suchen. Is nich ganz billig aber dafür ist die Wohnung wirklich der Hammer! Erstbezug in neu gebautes Haus direkt am Markt (zentraler geht's nich), 100m2-Dachgeschosswohnung komplett mit Laminat, mit 2 Balkons mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Kernberge, 2 Bädern (1x Dusche, 1x Wanne), Küche mit Marktblick und EBK, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Etagen-Gemeinschaftsraum, Fahrstuhl, pi pa po...
Du kannst wählen zwischen einem 23m2- und einem 19m2-Zimmer. Da wir beide arbeiten solls keine Party-WG werden, trotzdem besteht kein striktes Spaßverbot ;-) Allerdings: Nichtraucher bevorzugt. Internet und Telefon sind bereits in Planung. Kaution ca. 750 Euro pro Nase. Deine Miete beträgt je nach Zimmergröße ca. zwischen 350 und 400 Euro (genaue Berechnung machen wir dann zu dritt).
