Ein großer Garten ist direkt auf dem Grundstück, wo wir Kräuter, Gemüse und Blumen anbauen, Gartenpartys feiern oder in der Sonne liegen.
Mit dem Zug sind es vom Bahnhof Maintal-West, der knapp 15 Fußminuten entfernt ist: 7 Minuten zum Ostbahnhof, 17 Minuten zum HBF Frankfurt. Von unserem Zuhause erreichst du mit dem Fahrrad in 15-20 Minuten oder mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten die nächste U-Bahn-Station in Enkheim – oder zu Fuß in 10 Minuten die Natur...
Wir suchen für unser Hausprojekt in Maintal-Bischofsheim noch eineN entspannteN, zuverlässigeN und aufgeschlosseneN MitbewohnerIn – gerne mit Lust an der Gestaltung, vor allem im GARTEN!
Wir wohnen hier mit insgesamt sieben Leuten und einer Katze auf drei Etagen. Wir sind alle zwischen 30 und 40 und: sehr unterschiedlich. Was uns eint: Weltoffenheit, Lust auf unseren Garten und auf Gemeinschaft im Haus. Wir sind berufstätig und teils viel auf Reisen, verbringen aber auch gern Zeit in unserem schönen Zuhause. Dies ist keine Zweck-Gemeinschaft, daher freuen wir uns über Geselligkeit... und das ein oder andere gibt es vor allem im Garten auch zu tun, es wäre also wichtig, dass du dich zuverlässig in die gemeinschaftlichen Aufgaben wie Putzplan oder Gartenpflege einbringst... Macht meist auch Spaß...

For our house project in Maintal-Bischofsheim we are looking for a relaxed, reliable and open-minded roommate - with pleasure in the design. We live here with a total of seven people on three floors... We are all between 30 and 40 and: very different. In what we agree: cosmopolitanism, the desire for our garden and for community in the house. We work and sometimes travel a lot, but also like to spend time in our beautiful home. Some of us speak apart from german and english also spanish and portuguese.
This is not a community of purpose, so we enjoy socializing... and one or the other work is mainly in the garden to do, so it would be important that you contribute reliably in the common tasks such as cleaning plan or garden maintenance. .. mostly it is fun to do ...
For rent is a room, about 21 square meters, in a three-roommate apartment (we also consider the whole house somehow as a commune). First as intermediate for some months to check if it works and than longer is possible...

A large garden is right on the property, where we grow vegetables and flowers, celebrate garden parties or lying in the sun. By train from Maintal-West station, which is less than a 15-minute walk away, takes: 7 minutes to Frankfurt-Ostbahnhof, 17 minutes to Frankfurt main station. From our home you can reach by bike in 15-20 minutes or by bus in 10 minutes the nearest subway station in Enkheim - or on foot in 10 minutes to the nature ...
