Ich vermiete mein Wohnheimzimmer für 2 Monate unter, es ist voll möbiliert (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bücherregal, Kleiderdchrank, Bett mit Matraze)
Wlan ist vorhanden. (für die 2 Monate betragen die kosten für das wlan 14€)
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 5. Stock des Studentenwohnheim (Aufzug vorhanden).
Es liegt direkt an der U-bahn Station Stuttgart Möhringen und der Weg zur Uni Stuttgart oder Uni Hohenheim betragen Maximal 20 Minuten mit der U-bahn und der S-bahn.
Ein Kaufland befindet sich direkt hinter dem Studentenwohnheim, Ein Rewe ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, und ansonsten befindet sich alles was man noch brauchen könnte in unmittelbarer nähe :)
Da es ein Studentenwohnheim ist, ist es eher eine Zweck WG, trotzdem kann man sich immer nett mit den Mitbewohnern unterhalten.
Es wäre gut wenn der Putzplan eingehalten wird, denn bei 6 Leuten bricht mal schnell das Chaos aus :)
Ansonsten könnt ihr mir gerne schreiben wenn ihr Interesse habt und dann kann ich auch Bilder von der WG weiterleiten:)
Ansonsten solltet ihr am besten immatrikulierte Studenten sein.
