Befristet bis Juli: ruhiges Zimmer nähe Ostkreuz/ Treptower Park

Unsere WG liegt auf der "guten Seite des Ostkreuzes" ;-) Sprich, der ganze Trubel ist fußläufig erreichbar, du bekommst davon aber nichts mit. Dafür hast du die Spree, den Treptower Park oder Alt-Stralau direkt vor der Nase. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Späti, usw. vor der Haustür.

Boris ist Hauptmieter in der WG und wohnt seit gut 6 Jahren hier. Ich selbst lebe hier schon 2 Jahre und werde das wohl auch noch eine Weile tun, wenn ich wiederkomme :-) Die 3. im Bunde ist Poppy, gerade frisch dazugezogen. Und da gibt es noch Gizmo, unseren Kater. Der ist es gewohnt in meinem Zimmer zu verweilen, und das sollte er auch tun dürfen während ich weg bin ;-)

Für viele selbstverständlich, trotzdem zu betonen: Sauberkeit und Ordnung liegen uns wirklich am Herzen. Es gibt einen Putzdienst, aber es schaut auch zwischendurch jeder, dass es auf einem konstanten Level sauber ist. Ich möchte mein ZImmer zudem ungern an Raucher vermieten (rauche ginge so oder so nur auf dem Balkon).

Zu unserem WG-Leben: hier stehen die Türen gerne offen, so kann man mal kurz den Kopf reinstecken und hören was der andere so treibt und wie es ihm geht. Abends kochen wir gern zusammen (eher Boris, der ist gelernter Koch und ziemlich gut in dem was er macht;-)) und am Wochenende schlendern wir gern mal über den Wochen- oder Flohmarkt. Das ist alles kein Muss und ergibt sich meist auch einfach.

In einem halben Jahr entstehen sicher keine tiefgründigen Freundschaften, trotzdem wünschen sich Boris & Poppy jemanden, der Lust hat sich ein wenig in das WG-Leben zu integrieren.

Sowohl Boris als auch Poppy arbeiten und sehen unsere Wohnung als Rückzugsort. Jemand, der für ein halbes Jahr hier in Berlin die Sau rauslassen will, ist hier leider fehl am Platz.

I'm renting out my room while I'm doing an internship in Barcelona :-) My cozy room is very quiet, because it faces to the backyard. You shouldn't be afraid of heights, because I have a loft bed. For your stuff, you can of course use all my storage place.

I have two flatmates, Boris and Poppy. Both are super cool, Poppy also just moved in here. So kind of a totally new flat constellation when you join them. You will probably meet Boris quite often in the kitchen, because he loves to cook. And there is also another furry flatmate, our cat Gizmo :-) he is used to chill in my room very often (not in the night, because he is snorring af :-D). So, we are really looking for someone who is okay with a cat.

About our "WG-life": within the alst two years, Boris and I uses to do a lot of things together, e.g. cooking, visiting the (flea)market, going to exhibitions... we know, 6 months is not so long and it will take some time to get to know each other. But, important is that you are interested in living together - not only sharing a flat. So, Boris as well as Poppy are happy about a flat mate who likes to usually keep the door open and is interested in the others daily business. What we are definetely not looking for is someone who is spending 6 months in Berlin to go from party to party to after hour and spend the day with sleeping and hang over.

Actually I don't think this is mandatory to say but we attach great importance to keep bath and kitchen clean (and because it is my room you are renting, I am looking for someone who knows how to use a vacuum cleaner and who doesn't do field study with dirty dishes)... just saying :-)
