Mein Mitbewohner ist bereits ausgezogen, so daß das Zimmer im Prinzip ab sofort zu haben ist. Das Zimmer hat an 2 Seiten leichte Dachschrägen, die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl!), es ist ein Teppich verlegt. Die Wohnung besteht neben den beiden Zimmern aus einer Küche, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es gibt zudem noch einen Kellerraum mit noch ein bißchen Platz drin, sowie zusätzlich einen Gemeinschaftswaschraum mit Münz-Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die 315 € Gesamtmiete verstehen sich als all inklusive, also mit Strom, Internet, Telefon. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus, von den Nachbarn hört man so gut wie nichts.
Die Gerhardstraße verläuft Parallel zur Holtenauerstraße in etwa 100 Metern Entfernung, so daß diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten praktisch vor der Tür liegen. Die Uni ist ca. 500 Meter entfernt.
Ich bin studierter Volkswirt und momentan arbeitslos.
Es kann passieren, dass ich gegen Ende des Jahres ausziehe, d.h. es bestünde in dem Fall die Möglichkeit, dass du der neue Hauptmieter der Wohnung werden kannst, wenn du willst. Auch Zwischenmiete ist möglich.
