In unserer grossflächigen Dachwohnung wird ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer (26 m2) mit zwei Fensterseiten frei. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang. Der 15qm grosse Balkon, die Küche und die Waschmaschine können selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden. Vom 6. Stock aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst auf bis Ende Juni 2022 befristet, möglicherweise mit Option auf Verlängerung. Leider können wir das Zimmer nur an eine Einzelperson vermieten.

In our spacious appartment we have a large, bright and furnished room (26 m2) to rent out. The room is directly accessible from the kitchen in the center of the flat. There is a balcony, which is shared between all flatmates.
The sublease is limited until end of June 2022, there may be the chance to extend the contract. Unfortunately we can't rent the room to couples, as it exeeds the max allowed rentees for the appartment.
Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten im Prenzlauer Berg an der Ecke Schönhauseralle / Kastanienallee / U–Eberswalder Strasse. Die Haltestellen U-Bahn U2 sowie Straßenbahnen M1, M10 und 12 befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür.

Our appartment lies in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg directly at the lively corner of metro station "U Eberswalder Strasse" (Schönhauser Allee / Kastanienallee). Metro station U2 and tramways M1, M10 and 12 are just in front of the house.
Wir sind Lukas (38, Sozialarbeiter), gelegentlich der_die Partner*in Donat (36, Autor*in) und Sandra (26, Recruiting). WG-Leben: Vieles kann, nichts muss.
