Ich suche ab dem 15. 3. 07 oder 1.4. 07 einen Nachmieter. Deine Mitbewohner Kay ( 26), Stefan ( 24) und Susan (22)sind nett und unkompliziert.
Dich erwarten: 2 schöne helle im Sept.06 renovierte 10 bzw. 11 m² große Zimmer ( gut nutzbar als Schlaf- und Wohnraum), ein eigenes Bad( mit WC+ Waschbecken),ein eigener großer Balkon, eine mittelgroße Küche(mit allem,was man eigentlich so braucht ),ein Bad (Badewanne/Dusche etc. vorhanden), analog Telefon und DSL- Flatrate und ein TV- Anschluss für nur 210€ inkl. NK!!!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Plus und Kaufland, eine Apotheke, diverse Ärzte usw. sind vorhanden und gut erreichbar.
Bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle brauchst du 6 min. und mit der Bahn fährst du ca. 15 min bis in die Stadt.Die bahn fährt die ganze Nacht durch!Es besteht eine gute Autobahnanbindung.
