Alte Dielen, hohe Decken, alles sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18 qm. Es ist möbliert und saniert. Wohnküche, Wannenbad on top.

Nice furnished room in newly renovated shared flat (from now till June 30, possibly longer). Nice old building, the room is quietly located towards the "Hinterhof" and is around 18qm. Shared bathroom with bathtub and living room-kitchen.

Sehr gut gelegen zwischen S-Bahn Schöneberg und Südkreuz (beides in max 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen). Direkt neben dem Gasometer Schöneberg auf der "Roten Insel". Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe zu erreichen. Bus ist auch vor der Haustür. Ideal daher auch für Pendler.
