Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich die Küche in Hochglanz weiß, mit 2 Herdplatten, Waschmaschine und großem Kühlschrank.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett (160x200 cm), ein großer Schrank, Lampen,Tisch mit Stühlen, TV und ein Sessel mit Regal.
Das Bad ist klein, aber funktional mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Unterschrank.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine eigenen Terrasse mit Garten zum Hinterhof.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nicht gestellt.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten laut Hausverwalter, Gas, Strom. Internet darf über WLAN mit genutzt werden.
GEZ zahlt der Mieter.
Endreinigungspauschale ist 180 EUR.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a rear building and has a small, private garden with a terrace.
The tenant is responsible for maintaining the garden and terrace.
In the entrance area there is the kitchen in high-gloss white, with 2 hotplates, washing machine and large refrigerator.
The room has a bed (160x200 cm), a large closet, lamps, a table with chairs, a TV and an armchair with a shelf.
The bathroom is small but functional with a shower, toilet, sink and base cabinet.
The apartment has its own small terrace with a garden facing the backyard.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
The rental price includes all additional costs according to the property manager, gas and electricity. Internet can be used via WLAN.
