es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer Berufstätigen WG (mit dir 2). Das Zimmer it ca. 16qm gross und möbliert (kann entfernt werden). Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, begehbaren Kleiderschrank, separate Küche (neu gemacht) und Bad mit Badewanne.
Spühlmaschine, Wlan, Fahrradkeller und Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Lage ist zwischen sendlinger Tor und Marienplatz 20 Sekunden zur Ubhan mit alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck. In 30 Sekunden seit ihr am Sendlinger und in 3mins am Marienplatz.
Da es sich um ein Berufstätigen WG handelt ist unter der Woche eher ruhe angesagt. Ansonsten kann gerne gekocht werden oder Abends bei einem Bier zusammengesessen werden.
