Unter diesen Bedingungen übergeben wir die Küche, plus Lampen in allen Räumen und ein Spiegelschrank im Bad für 100 Euro.
Außerdem würden wir bei Interesse gerne folgende Sachen verkaufen: Kleiderschrank (50 Euro), Doppelbett inkl. Matratze (50 Euro) und eine Spülmaschine (200 Euro, 3 Jahre alt, Rechnung vorhanden).

If someone is interested we would like to sell the following items: wardrobe (50 euros), double bed inclusive mattress (50 euros) and a dish washer (200 euros, 3 years old, original receipt available).
Ruhige Wohngegend in zweiter Reihe, deswegen keinerlei Geräusche durch Verkehr (auch auf dem Balkon). Keine ständigen Parties durch die Nachbarn. Zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten bis zur Norduni, dort auch Anbindung an die Buslinien 21/22/23 und 41. In der anderen Richtung 5 Minuten bis zur Linie 91/92 und außerdem 7 Minuten bis zur 31/32. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Nächsten Tegut und Aldi, ein bisschen weiter sehr groß Real. Bäcker, Apotheke und Hausarzt direkt um die Ecke.
Quiet residential area, the house is located in the second row and therefore very quiet. No noise from the traffic even on the balcony. No regular parties from the neighbours. By foot the north campus (Norduni) can be reached in maximum 10 minutes, there also connection to the bus lines 21/22/23 and 41. In the other direction in 5 minutes to bus lines 91/92 and furthermore in 7 minutes to line 31/32. Supermarkets nearby are Tegut and Aldi, a bit further but larger Real. Directly around the corner: bakery, pharmacy and general doctor.
