da ich zum 01. Juni ausziehe suche ich für die gemütliche WG in Eberstadt einen neuen Mitbewohner für diese tolle WG.
Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und liegt von der Straße weg. Es ist geräumig und ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten.
Es verbleiben ein Regal, dee Schreibtisch und ein Schrank in dem Zimmer, welche in der Abschlagszahlung (neben Waschmaschine und Spühlmaschine) enthalten sind.
Bei Bedarf kann die Couch gegen VB übernommen werden.
Die Lage befindet sich nahe der Straßenbahnlinie 1, 6, 7, 8 und lediglich 5 Schritt entfernt vom P Bus.
Der Bahnhof Eberstadt (Verbindung nach Darmstadt, Frankfurt, Mannheim und Heidelberg) ist ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich nahe der Autobahnauffahrt Eberstadt, diese hört man aber garnicht.
Gerne wird zusammen Sport (Fussball oder Eishockey) geschaut.
Da wir eine gemischte WG aus Berufstätigen und Studenten sind, die in einem Mehrfamilienhaus Leben, in dem auch Kinder wohne, ist es keine Party-WG und das soll auch weiterhin so bleiben.
