Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und dazu eine relativ große Küche in die ein Esstisch passt. Die Wohnung hat seit einem halben Jahr neue Fenster ist von außen isoliert desweiteren ist die Kellerdecke isoliert, weshalb nicht viel geheizt werden muss.
Das Zimmer ist praktisch geschnitten, ohne Verwinkelungen.
Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt um die Ecke keine Minute weg und der Bus zur Uni ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe sowie eine Bank und die Post (2-7 Minuten Fußweg).
Ebenfalls befindet sich drei Mal in der Woche ein Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Tür.
Durch das große Wohnzimmer kann man sehr gut zusammen sitzen oder Freunde einladen und in einer größeren Runde zusammen sein.
In der Küche bietet es sich auch mal gemeinschaftlich zu kochen und zu essen, da dort auch Platz für mehrere Leute ist.
