Das Zimmer ist mit 14m² groß genug für eine individuelle Einrichtung. Durch ein großes Fenster ist es zudem schön hell. Da es nur eine 2er Wg ist, kann man auch seine Ruhe haben, wenn man die braucht. Die Gesamtkosten betragen 350€
Die Wg liegt in ruhiger Lage. Da sie sich zudem weit am Rand von Steinfurt befindet kann man direkt ins grüne spazieren/losjoggen.
Die Fh ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt der Bahnhof, mit einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit nebenan.
Ich suche ein/e Mitbewohner/in, der/die auch gerne mal was in der WG unternimmt. Vielleicht an einem Tag mal zusammen kochen möchte, oder sich einfach mit einem Bier auf den Balkon setzt.
Ich studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen (Chemietechnik), bin 20 Jahre alt und bin sonst gerne mal aktiv. Im Sommer eignet sich dafür das Beachvolleyballfeld in St.
Ich freue mich auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten in der WG.
Natürlich gibt es auch ein paar ruhige Tage und da die WG für 2 Personen recht groß ist, hat man auch genug Platz für sich.
