Du kommst von der Haustür zur längsten Strandpromenade Palmas, am Strand bist du in nur einer Minute Fußweg.
Unsere Wohngegend Can Pastilla befindet sich am Rande von Palma und bietet eine Vielzahl von Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, inklusive diverse Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke.
Rundum gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten, nach Palma braucht der Bus 15 Minuten.
Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit Baby und freundlichem Hund und suchen ruhige Gäste, die gerne relaxen wie wir auch. Bitte kein Mallorca "Party-Volk". Unser Wohnbereich ist vom Rest der Wohnung abgetrennt.
Ein Pluspunkt dieser 130m2 großen Unterkunft ist die große sonnige Terrasse, die du jederzeit benutzen kannst. Sofa, Tisch und Stühle sind auf der Terrasse vorhanden.
Im Mietpreis ist Strom, Wasser und Internet inklusive. Wir haben eine Mindestens Mietdauer von zwei Monaten, nur an Berufstätige zu vergeben.
