Ich biete eine große, helle Wohnung mit großartiger Aussicht an. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, einer kleinen Küche, ein kleines Bad und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer.
Ich ziehe zum 01.05 aus der Wohnung aus, uns die komplette ist zu Ende Juni gekündigt.
Somit kann die Wohnung für zwei Monate bezogen werden und bietet somit eine super Möglichkeit erstmal in Berlin anzukommen und in den zwei Monaten etwas festes zu finden.
Es gibt 3 Zimmer - Zimmer 1 ca 25qm, Zimmer 2 ca 20qm und Zimmer 3 ca 15qm.
Die Zimmer sind unmöbliert.
Es besteht eine Befristete Vermietung von 2 Monaten.
Die Wohnung ist am Springpfuhl gelegen,
- gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kürzester Zeit erreichbar
- ein kleiner Park zum spazieren ist direkt nebenan
- es gibt eine sehr gute öpnv Anbindung, die s7, s75, m8, m18 sind fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen
-in circa 10 Minuten ist man bereits am Ostkreuz, in 20 Minuten am Alexanderplatz
Es kann für zwei Monate eine neue WG entstehen und somit das zusammenleben selbst gestaltet werden. :)
Somit besteht auch super die Möglichkeit von hier aus nach einer neuen Wohnung zu suchen. :)
