Kleines Zimmer und älterem Wohnheim. Waschbecken gehört zur Ausstattung. Kleine Küchenzeile inklusive Elektroherdplatte und Kühlschrank muss gegen eine Abstandszahlung von 50€ übernommen werden. Ansonsten wird das Zimmer unmöbliert und neu gestrichen übergeben.
Dusche und WC sind Gemeinschaftsbenutzung und befinden sich im Treppenhaus.
Das Wohnheim ist schon etwas älter und nicht mehr ganz so schön. Aber wer keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und mit Gemeinschaftsbad zurecht kommt, bekommt ein sehr günstiges Zimmer in idealer Lage.
