Wir haben ein Zimmer frei ab März / April in unserer 6er Wg im Leipziger Osten. Die Einzugsdaten können flexibel abgestimmt werden. Ein zweites Zimmer wird wahrscheinlich ab Mai frei. Mehr darüber könne wir Dich erzählen wenn Du uns besuchst.
Das Zimmer für März/April ist 13qm groß und verfügt über ein Podestbett, es kostet ungefähr 190 Euro Warm.
Weiterhin befindet sich in der Wohnung eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche und zwei Bäder. Platz für Fahrräder gibt es im Hof.
We have a room for rent from March/April in our flatshare of 6 in Leipzig-East. Moving in can also be handled flexible. Another room should also be available from Mai on. More about it we can tell you when you come visit us.
The room for March/April is 13 sm, is at the sunny side und costs 190 Euro (all-included).
Furthermore there is a cozy, huge kitchen-livingroom-space in the flat, as well as two bathrooms. There is space for bikes in the backyard.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Leipziger Osten. Man ist sehr schnell auf der Eisenbahnstraße, in Reudnitz, Anger-Crottendorf oder dem Zentrum Südost. Auch ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit dem Rad nur 10min, zum See sind es 15 - 20min. Es gibt auch eine Bahnhaltestelle direkt bei der Wohnung.
The location is very central in Leipzig-East. You are very quick on the Eisenbahnstraße, in Reudnitz, Anger-Crottendorf or Zentrum-Südost. Also you only take 10min by bike to the centre and to the central station, to the lake it is about 15-20min.
There is a tram stop right in front of the flat.
Generell haben wir ein enges Miteinander, wir würden uns einen offenen und geselligen, sowie respektvollen Umgang wünschen.
Wir haben eine gemeinsame Haushaltskasse von der wir vegetarisch einkaufen.
Wir wünschen uns Menschen die Interesse daran haben sich kritisch und vielfältigen Themen auseinanderzusetzen. Wäre schön wenn Du Interesse an Politik, Soziale Themen, Kunst, Kultur hast.
