Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für die Sommermonate in der Weststadt.
Ca 20qm mit direktem Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon (Innenhof) und eigenem Bad (!). Da das Zimmer zur Rückseite geht ist es trotz der sehr zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
Durch die hohen Decken ist es selbst im Hochsommer angenehm temperiert.
Ich suche eine/n sauberen ZwischenmieterIn für die Sommermonate. Wenn die Pflanzen überleben gibts am Ende n bisschen Rückzahlung :D
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, zwei Toiletten und zwei Bäder.

I'm subletting my beautiful room in Heidelberg for the summer months.
The room has a size of roughly 20sqm with the high ceilings typical for the old houses. This also means that it is always nicely climatized even in the hot Heidelberg summer.
The room has a PRIVATE BATH and direct access to the shared balcony.
I'm looking for a clean subletter who will also take care of the plants ;) If they survive you'll get some money back - deal? :D
The flat has a large comfortable kitchen incl. dishwasher, a laundry room with laundry machine and a total of two bathrooms and two toilets.
Perfekte Lage direkt am Innenstadt-Ende der Weststadt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Fünf Minuten zum Bismarckplatz, Edeka, Aldi, Penny, Denns jeweils < 5 Minuten. In die Altstadt und zur unteren Straße sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten, Campus Neuenheimer Feld ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Eine bessere Lage gibt es in Heidelberg meiner Meinung nach nicht.
Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is located in the perfect spot in Heidelberg. Honestly - in my opinion there is no place that is more ideally located. The central transportation Hubs Bismarck Platz and Central station are roughly 5 and 10 minutes by foot. It takes 10 minutes by bike to the altstadt where the pubs are.
All varieties and price ranges for shopping are available within 5 walkin minutes (Penny, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Denn's (organic food)).
We have a nice and vibrant flat-community. But sommer months are generally slow so you'll be living with Laura (Molecular Biology student) and Gunda (Med-Students) for August and only Gunda for september. They are nice and very active and will definitely give you advice and help if needed. If you need anything else you can always email me.
Use of the private bathroom and all furniture is included in the rent. For a couple additional Euros you can rent my bike for the two months if you like - I can only recommend this because everything here is done by bike.
The pullup bar shouldn't be used by people > 70kg or only at your own risk ;)
If you like we can also talk about using bedsheets, towels etc. Just write an Email.
