Hey there, I live in a very nice WG close to Potsdamer platz and I would like to rent out my room for the time that I am away working. I leave on the 29th of July and I will come back on the 19th of August, so for that time my room is available for renting =) a shorter period of time or a slightly longer period of time is also possible!
The flat is on the first floor, the building also has a lift. The room is quite big and bright with a new double bed mattress and also freshly painted. I will take my things out of there so you have space for your clothes and your other things. I have 3 very nice flatmates who are quite young and very friendly and welcoming, you can communicate with them perfectly in German or English and one of them can also speak Spanish fluently. Of course the Kitchen and bathroom is for everyone to use, in the flat we have wifi, a washing machine, a dish washer, a bath, a coffee maker and any other basic requirements.
The flat is located right in the centre of Berlin. It is very close to the S bahn stations Anhlater Bahnhof and Potsdamer platz with the s1, s2, s25 etc the u2, u7, u1, u3 and u6 lines are also all very close by and easy to reach and actually there are many places that you can walk to comfortably so it´s very well connected to everywhere.
I would like to rent my room to a nice person who I feel I can trust and respects and takes care of my room in the time that I am away and is also nice and respectful to my flatmates, that´s all I ask =) if you are a smoker I would prefer that you don´t smoke in the flat because none of us smoke but there is a balcony outside of the flat on the same floor were you could smoke of course. =)
