Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, mit Laminat ausgelegt und sonnig gelegen. Das Fenster geht zur Straße raus, die aber ruhig ist, da Nebenstraße.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und schön geschnitten mit viel Platz für alles was du brauchst.
Die Wohnung ist riesig, wir haben ein 30qm Wohnzimmer mit einer super gemütlichen und großen Ledercouch, Fernseher, Esstisch mit dabei. Vom Wohnzimmer geht auch ein Balkon ab, der besonders im Sommer durch seine Couch auch zum Chillen einlädt.
Die Küche ist eine komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche mit allem was du nur irgendwann mal brauchen könntest, vom Reiskocher bis E-Wok alles da.
Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Klo und Waschmaschine und zusätzlich noch ein Klo.
The room is 20sqm big and sunny. The window faces the street, which is quiet though because its a small street.
There is no furniture in it, but enough space for anything you might need.
The flat is very spacious, with a huge 30sqm living room which includes a giant cozy leather couch, a TV and a dinner table. There is a balcony, also with a couch and very sunny in summer time. The kitchen is fully furnished with anything you'd possible ever need and more.
We have two bathrooms, one with a tub, washing machine and toilet and one seperate toilet.
Die U-Bahn-Station Karl-Marx-Straße ist 3 Minuten entfernt, S-Bahn Neukölln 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
WIr wohnen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße der Karl-Marx-Straße, somit ist es ruhig, aber alle Läden von H&M bis türkischen Supermärkten ist alles super easy erreichbar.
Direkt in Rixdorf, dem alten Teil Neuköllns, am wunderschönen Richardplatz mit verschiedenen Bars und Cafes. Besonders im Sommer schön zum flanieren.
The U-Bahn-station Karl-Marx-Straße is just 3 minutes away, the S-Bahn-station Neukölln 10 by foot.
We live in a small street of Karl-Marx-Straße, which makes it quiet, but all shops from H&M to turkish supermarkets are really close by.
Directly in Rixdorf, the old part of Neukölln, next to the beautiful Richardplatz with lots of bars and cafes. Especially in summertime you can stroll around nicely.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Laura und Melissa.
Laura (23) studiert im normalen Leben Medizin wenn sie sich nicht gerade eine Auszeit nimmt um lieber in Tokyo feiern zu gehen.
Melissa (bald 24) kann Karate und hat gerade ihren Bachelor in Amsterdam und Barcelona gemacht und arbeitet jetzt in einem Startup.
Gemeinsam haben sie viel Spaß, trinken sie auch mal einen zu viel, gehen feiern oder starten andere lustige Aktionen.
Gerne kommen Freunde in die WG und es ist erwünscht sich im WG-Leben zu beteiligen. Im Wohnzimmer kommen alle zusammen, dann ist es auch hin und wieder ein wenig lauter und geht länger.
Es wird aber natürlich aufeinander geachtet und sollte es jemandem zu bunt werden, wird dies sofort zur Kenntnis genommen.
Kurz gesagt, sie sind super entspannt und was auch immer angesprochen werden möchte kann angesprochen werden, das ist Ihnen wichtig.

Laura (23) is studying medicine in her daily life when she`s not skipping class to rather go dance in Tokyo.
Melissa (almost 24) knows Karate and did a Bachelor in Amsterdam and Barcelona. Now she just started working in a start up.
Together they like to drink or go out and doing other nonsense. Friends are always welcome in the flat, so sometimes it can be a little louder. Generally they want a roomate who enjoys hanging out with them.
It`s important for them that they take care of each other, if anyone thinks it's too much, they recognize that.
