Ich suche ab 01.10.2018 eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in in Bonn. Die Wohnungsgröße mit Bad und Küche beträgt 58 m², die Zimmergröße mit Dachschräge etwa 20 m². Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist unmöbliert und liegt zum Hof und ist daher auch Abends schön ruhig. Küche und Bad sind möbliert. Die Miete ist vorläufig auf 1 Jahr befristet.
DIe Innenstadt und der Hbf sind nur 5 Min. entfernt, die Universität etwa 10 min. ÖPNV, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und was man sonst im Alltag so braucht liegen direkt vor der Haustür bzw. sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnlinien 61, 62, und 66 fahren vom Stadthaus in nur 2 min. Entfernung..
Ich bin für die Arbeit immer wieder mal einige Tage unterwegs, wenn zu Hause aber gerne hin und wieder mal für verschiedene Aktivitäten offen.
Die Miete ist auf vorerst 1 Jahr befristet, kann ggf. aber verlängert werden. Da ich selbst erst einziehe wird die Küche und das Bad noch etwas umgestaltet.
