Vom Wohnungseingang aus gelangen Sie direkt in das geräumige Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist modern möbliert und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Boxspringbett inkl. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einem großen Kleiderschrank mit Schiebetüren und einigen Kommoden.
Die Küche verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile, einen Waschtrockner, sowie eine kleine Essecke und ein Sofa. Die Küche ist mit der Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien versehen.
Beide Räume sind dank großer Fenster sehr hell.
Von der Küche aus ist auch das Tageslichtduschbad begehbar. Das Badezimmer ist weiß gefliest und verfügt über eine Duschkabine. Auch Utensilien zum Reinigen des eigenen Apartments befinden sich bereits in der Wohnung.
Hier muss man nur noch die Koffer auspacken und kann sich wohl fühlen.
On the 4th floor of a beautiful old building is this cosy 1 room apartment. It is completely renovated and furnished and can be rented to one person, or for an extra charge to 2 persons.
From the apartment entrance, you get directly into the spacious bedroom. The bedroom is modern furnished and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a box spring bed including bedding and linen, a desk with chair, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and some chests of drawers.
The kitchen has a small kitchen unit, a washing machine/dryer, as well as a small dining area and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with the basic equipment of dishes and cooking utensils.
Both rooms are very bright thanks to large windows.
From the kitchen, you can also access the bathroom with window. The bathroom is tiled white and has a shower cabin. Also, utensils for cleaning the own apartment are already in the apartment.
Here you only have to unpack your suitcases and you can feel comfortable.

Die Uhlandstraße befindet sich im beliebten Frankfurter Ostend und ist eine kleine Seitenstraße. Aufgrund der vielen Bäume fast im Alleencharakter. Die S-Bahn Station "Ostendstraße" mit eigenem Ausgang "Uhlandstr." ist keine 5 Fußminuten entfernt und bietet somit schnelle Anbindung in die Innenstadt, aber auch zum Frankfurter Flughafen.
