Die Küche ist hochmodern, hat einen Geschirrspüler und einen angebauten Balkon. Das Bad ist geräumig und enthält eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem ist im Keller & Dachboden noch Stauraum für Fahrrad und Kisten. Pro Monat beträgt die Miete 270 Euro.
