Long term flat request from January 2019

Hi!
My husband and I are looking for a flat starting January 2019 (we are flexible on the exact dates). I am currently living in Jena because I am doing my PhD at FSU. Since my husband will start his PhD in Gatersleben, Seeland, we want to move together to Halle. Our projects last 3 years, so we would like a long term contract (at least for 1 year). We would like to find a place with 2 rooms; one sleeping room and another one we could use as an office. We don't have any furniture of our own and then, we would prefer to find a furnished place (at least with kitchen included). Since we will need to travel every day, we would prefer a location not too far from the train station (10-15 minutes by bike) and the city center.
We are a lively couple coming from Costa Rica; our native language is Spanish, but we are fluent in English and we are both learning German. In the evenings, we enjoy preparing a nice meal or going out for dinner. Our major hobby is hiking and, back home, surfing. We also like to go for a run from time to time, so a place nearby a park would be ideal. We both studied Agronomy (Plant Science) and we would like to find a place with a small garden, or at least a well-lit place to grow indoor herbs for cooking!
