Es ist ein wunderschönes Heim und wir wollen uns allen ein möglichst tolles Jahr bescheren.
Dein Zimmer ist in Richtung des Hofes gerichtet. Die Fläche beträgt gemütliche 11qm, welches aber effizient genutzt wird (siehe Bilder). Du wirst aber wahrscheinlich mehr Zeit im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse verbringen.
Your room is directed towards the courtyard. The area is a cosy 11 sqm, which is used efficiently (see pictures). You will probably spend more time in the living room and on the terrace.
Das moderne und neue Wohnhaus "Harry´s Loft" befindet sich im neuen Wohngebiet, den Adler Quartieren. Das Adler Quartier befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Adlerwerken, einem historischen Backsteingebäude im Frankfurter Gallusviertel.
Die S-Bahn Station Galluswarte ist 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen, welche nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist.
Aldi und Rewe sind auch jeweils mit einem ähnlichen Aufwand zu erreichen.
Ein Inter Supermarket mit einem frischen und preiswerten Sortiment ist 100m von dem zu Hause entfernt.
The modern and new residential building "Harry´s Loft" is located in the new residential area, the Adler Quartier. The Adler Quartier is located in the immediate vicinity of the Adlerwerke, a historic brick building in Frankfurt's Gallusviertel.
The Galluswarte S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, which is only one station away from the main station.
Aldi and Rewe can also be reached with a similar effort each.
An Inter Supermarket with a fresh and inexpensive assortment is 100m away from home.
WG Leben ist uns sehr wichtig. Wir wollen auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG.
Du wirst mit Burcu (30) und Lucas (20) zusammen leben. Burcu ist eine kleine Berühmtheit in Frankfurt und hat ihr eigenes Bad. Lucas gönnt sich in seiner Freizeit gerne feinste Techno Tunes, wenn er nicht seiner Werkstudententätigkeit nachgehen muss. Er ist leider auch nicht der witzigste. Wir bekommen öfters mal besuch und verbringen Zeit miteinander. Die Bilder sind nicht gephotoshopt oder exclusive vorbereitet.
Ich würde deine zukünftige Mitbewohner als offen und tolerant bezeichnen.

Home atmosphere is very important to us.
You will live together with Burcu (30) and Lucas (20). Burcu is a small celebrity in Frankfurt with her own bathroom in her room. Lucas likes to treat himself to the finest techno tunes in his spare time when he doesn't have to work as a student trainee. He's not the funniest one either. We often get visits and spend time together. The pictures are not photoshopt or exclusive prepared.
I would describe your future roommate as open and tolerant.

Die Anlage ist 2015 erst bezugsfrei geworden und bietet ein bisschen Idylle im Gallus mit der kleinen Terrasse.
Basketball Half Court und Fußball Cage gehören zur Anlage dazu.
Ich möchte nochmal darauf hinweisen, dass sie angenehme Persönlichkeiten sind, welche du auch selbst festellen wirst. Jeder hat in der Maisonette Wohnung sein eigenes Bad.
Wir haben auch eine Reinigungsfachkraft, die uns alle 2 Wochen tatkräftig unterstützt.
Ich werde das Jahr 2019 im Ausland verbringen und werde dir das Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermittelt. Du benötigst nur eine eigene Matratze (Fanatiker der Hygiene, bilateraler Mehrwert) Es wäre auch möglich das Zimmer nur ein halbes Jahr zu Mieten ab 1.1.2019.

The complex has only been occupied in 2015 and offers a bit of idyll in the Gallus with it's small terrace.
Basketball Half Court and Football Cage are part of the complex.
I would like to point out again that they are pleasant personalities, which you will also notice yourself.
Everyone has their own bathroom in the maisonette apartment. We also have a cleaning specialist who supports us every 2 weeks.
I will spend the year 2019 abroad and will rent the room to you. The room will be completely furnished. You only need your own mattress (fanatic of hygiene, bilateral added value). It would also be possible to rent the room for only half a year from 1.1.2019.
