Hallo Zusammen,
das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.11.2018 zu vermieten.
Es befindet sich in Stuttgart-Sonnenberg, ein sehr schöner Stadteit. Es ist nahe am Wald und denoch 25 MInuten vom schloßplatz entfernt. Die U-bahn Station ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt in der Nähe sind ein Hallenbad, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, ein Restaurant und eine Bank.
Es ist ein Zweck-Wg d,h. wir unternehmen selten etwas zusammen. Wir haben aber eine gute WG Athmosphere. Es ist ideal, wenn du nach einem langen Arbeitstag deine Ruhe haben möchtest. Zwei Mitbewohnerinen sind schon berufstätig und eine macht ihre Ausbildung.
Die Miete beträgt 290€ Warm im Monat inklusive Strom und Heizkosten.
Der Kaution kostet 580€ und ist bei Vertragsabschluss fällig, d.h. mit Unterschrift und Rücksendung des Mietvertrags an den Vermieter zu überweisen.
Keine Haustiere ist erwünscht.
