Da das Zimmer teil des Studentenwohnheims Hans & Hilde Coppi ist, wird das Zimmer nur an immatrikulierte Studenten vergeben.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und super zum lernen und man hat eine super Aussicht, da es sich im 8. Stock befindet.
Für Partys eher ungeeignet da 14qm nicht sehr groß sind, aber mit 3-4 Leuten kann man dort ein entspannten Abend verbringen.
Da das Zimmer nur vorübergehend frei ist liegt noch ein wenig Zeug von mir rum, ich bemühe mich aber alles so gut wie möglich zu verstecken.
Ansonsten ist bereits ein Bett mit Matratze vorhanden, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Büroschrank für Bücher etc. und ein Schreibtisch.
Das Wohnheim ist meiner Meinung nach in einer super Lage.
Es befindet sich am Rand von Lichtenberg und man ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 in Friedrichshain am Ostkreuz.
Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Netto und ein Rewe ist auch ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zur S-Bahn Station Nöldnerplatz und zu U-Bahn Station Magdalenenstraße sind es jeweils ca. 5 min.
Meine Mitbewohner sind nett und wechseln ab und zu.
Es handelt sich mehr um ein Zweck-Wg, aber dennoch wird ab und zu was unternommen zusammen z.B. zusammen kochen, raus gehen etc.
