In der 95qm-Wohnung (DIN 77qm) befinden sich 4 Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie Bad und WC (separiert voneinander).
Das 13,5qm (Din ca10,5qm, wegen Schrägen) große Zimmer hat folgende Ausstattung:
Schreibtisch mit verstellbarem Bürostuhl, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, Nachttisch, Bett (140*200) mit Matratze und Lattenrost inkl. Decke, Kissen, Bettwäsche.
In jeder WG sollten die Bewohner Vertrauen zueinander haben, trotzdem ist jedes Zimmer zusätzlich mit einem PZ-Schloss ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Hier befindet sich auch ein kleiner Esstisch und ein Kühlschrank. Ebenfalls sind eine kopffreie Abzughaube, ein Kochfeld und BackOfen serienmäßig mit drin.
Die Spülmaschine ist natürlich auch dabei (keiner mag von Hand spülen....)
WC und Bad sind ebenfalls modern renoviert.
Regenschauer-Dusche, beleuchteter Spiegel gehören zur Ausstattung.
Zusätzlich werden Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung gestellt.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten. Auch Strom und GEZ Gebühren sind hier mit drin.

Hi everyone!
This room will be free on a 4-people shared flat. The flat is 95 square meters and fully renewed, with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The bedroom is 13,5 square meters and is completely furnished with the following items: desk with office chair, wardrobe with mirror, nightstand, bed (140*200) with mattress and bedclothes included. Even though the flat mates respect each other’s privacy, every room in the apartment has a key.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a cook, oven, fridge with freezer, table, microwave and dishwasher. There are plates, cutlery, pans and pots so you don’t need to buy anything before moving in.
The bathroom and toilet were also recently renewed with a wide rain shower and mirrors in both the bathroom and the toilet. There is a washing machine and a drying machine in the bathroom.
The price includes all consumptions (water, gas, electricity and internet) and TV tax.
Die WG liegt an der Haltestelle Gablenberg. Diese liegt 2 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Restaurant, Café , Döner: ist alles um die Ecke.
Aldi ist 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is located next to Gablenberg bus stop, with buses every 5 minutes in the morning that bring you in less than 15 minutes to Stuttgart main station. The bus can also take you in less than 10 minutes to Schloßplatz and city center. Aldi can be reached walking in less than 10 minutes.
