Wir suchen zum 01.12.2018 oder 01.01.2019 unbefristet oder eventuell auch auf Zeit ein neues Mitglied für unsere 3er WG in Trier Nord. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca 70qm groß und verfügt über 2 Balkone. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß, hell, geräumig und großzügig geschnitten. Es verfügt über einen in die Wand eingelassenen Kleiderschrank, der kostenfrei übernommen werden kann. Die Miete beträgt 290€ inkl. Strom, gez gebühr und Internet/TV. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in den umliegenden Straßen mit parkausweis. Die Wohnung ist ideal für FH-Studenten oder Lux pendler.
Die Mitbewohner sind 22 und 25 und beide berufstätig Bzw duale Studentin.
