Hallo potentielle/r Mitbewohner/in,
da ich bei meinen Eltern im Homeoffice arbeiten will, steht mein Zimmer in Köln frei. Wann und wie lange können wir flexibel abklären aber im Zeitraum zwischen Mitte Februar bis Ende April
Die Wohnung hat 61m² , einen großen Balkon zur Straße heraus (an XYs Zimmer angebunden, aber sollte uns nicht daran hindern, dass du auch dort Zeit verbringen kannst), eine mittelgroße Küche (mit Sofa) und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Du hättest ein circa 18 m² großes Zimmer zum Innenhof heraus, definitiv das Ruhigere also. Einen Fahrradstellplatz und einen Keller haben wir auch.
XY steht deshalb da, weil mein aktueller Mitbewohner auch Ende März auszieht und somit noch nicht ganz sicher ist, wer dein/e MitbewohnerIn sein wird.
Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du ebenfalls Pflanzen liebst und dich in dem Zeitraum, in dem ich weg bin ein wenig um sie mitkümmern kannst. :-)!!!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im hippen Agnesviertel, zwischen Lohsestr und Ebertplatz. Man wohnt direkt neben einem Rewe und über einer Pizzeria, nahe der Agneskirche. Dort versammeln sich abends Jung und Alt und trinken ein Bierchen. Auf der Neusser Str. gibt es alles, was man braucht: Im 5-minuten-Gehweg-Radius: Aldi, Rewe, Gastronomien, Kneipen, Unverpacktläden, Biosam etc..
