Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
ich möchte gerne mein schönes, ruhiges und helles (Südseite) WG-Zimmer untervermieten, während ich auf Reisen bin. Es ist vollständig möbliert, mit Parket ausgelegt und allem ausgestattet was man so zum Leben braucht. Es gibt einen sonnigen Balkon eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld Platte und Kochutensilien.
Wichtig wäre, dass du das Zimmer und die Wohnung gut behandelst, immer sauber hältst und keine Partys veranstaltest oder laute Musik hörst.
Da das zweite Zimmer ebenfalls neu vergeben wird, wird sich in den nächsten Tagen entscheiden mit wem du zusammen wohnen wirst, ich werde natürlich darauf achten, dass alles gut passen wird (-;

I would like to sublet my beautiful, quiet and bright (south-facing) shared room while I am traveling. It is fully furnished, with parquet flooring and everything you need for living. There is a sunny balcony, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and cooking utensils.
It is important that you treat the room and the apartment well, always keep it clean and do not organize parties or listen to loud music.
Since the second room will also be newly assigned, it will be decided in the next few days with whom you will live together, I will of course make sure that everything will fit well (-;
