Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Waschmaschine etc. ausgestattet und eignet sich nicht für Partys. Bitte lieber draußen feiern! :-)
Falls Du das Zimmer nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum benötigst, ist die Höhe der Miete verhandelbar.
Kaution sind 200 Euro, die Du sofort nach Auszug wieder zurück bekommst.

Hi, I am renting my room for the time between 21st of August until 15th of September exclusively to a woman. I am looking for somebody who wants to spend this time at cosy, quiet place. My roommate is a lovely quiet Australian, that's why you should speak at least some English. The flat is completely equipped with a washing machine etc. and is not thought for parties. Please celebrate outside in one of the many Berlin party places. :-)
If you should not need the place for the whole time the rent is negotiable. Deposit would be 200 Euro which you would get back immediately after your departure.
