Hello! I am renting out my beautiful room to one person from 13.12 to 10.01 as I go on holiday. The room is listed as 16sqm but seriously feels like 20sqm! It has high ceilings and is fully furnished with a big bed, huge desk, wardrobe, clothes rack, mirror, plants and a big window with a view of the Fernsehen Turm. It is on the 4th floor. The flat has a big bathroom and big kitchen/common area. It is equipped with washing machine, stove, 2 fridges, toaster, microwave, kettle, various coffee machines, vacuum cleaner and iron. There is no balcony, but there is an incredible roof top with a 360 degree view of Berlin. Bike storage in the entrance. Wifi, heating, gas, electricity and water included in the price.

Hallo! Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer von 13.12 bis 10.01 Uhr an eine Person, während ich in den Urlaub fahre. Der Raum ist mit 16m² angegeben, fühlt sich aber ernsthaft wie 20m² an! Es verfügt über hohe Decken und ist mit einem großen Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Kleiderständer, einem Spiegel, Pflanzen und einem großen Fenster mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm ausgestattet. Es ist im 4. Stock. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer und eine große Küche / Gemeinschaftsraum. Es ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Herd, 2 Kühlschränken, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen, Staubsauger und Bügeleisen. Es gibt keinen Balkon, aber es gibt ein unglaubliches Dach mit einem 360-Grad-Blick auf Berlin. Fahrradkeller im Eingang. Wifi, Heizung, Gas, Strom und Wasser sind im Preis inbegriffen.

The flat has an incredible location! Right next to Ubahnhof Rosenthaler platz and with many bus and tram stops within a few minutes walk. Nice restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful parks within 10 minutes walk. Supermarket REWE is less than a 10 minute walk.

The flat will have 6 other members, with many different nationalities. It is a calm and relaxed vibe. Everyone tends to do their own thing but we will enjoy the occasional meal or drinks together. We keep the flat very clean, everyone has a weekly cleaning task.

Die Wohnung wird 6 weitere Mitglieder mit vielen verschiedenen Nationalitäten haben. Es ist eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Jeder neigt dazu, sein eigenes Ding zu machen, aber wir werden gelegentlich etwas essen oder trinken. Wir halten die Wohnung sehr sauber, jeder hat eine wöchentliche Reinigungsaufgabe.
