Schöne, helle, gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung in der pforzheimer Weststadt.
Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Kulturhaus Osterfeld und dem Messplatz, wo man kostenlos parken kann. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. In der Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß in 5 min. Zur Hochschule für Gestaltung dauert es zu Fuß ca 20 min, 10 min mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus, ca 15 min zur Hochschule Wirtschaft mit dem Bus. Supermarkt in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Helles Bad mit großem Fenster und Badewanne.
Wohnung ist eigentlich unmöbliert. Küche und Waschmaschine sollten von mir für 600€ übernommen werden (Kühlschrank dieses Jahr neu gekauft). Andere Möbel können, wenn gewünscht, auch teilweise auch von mir übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, ohne Aufzug.
