Das Zimmer ist ja klein aber dafür möbliert. Im Zimmer sind ein Einzelbett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Klappstuhl. Das Zimmer ist übrigens nur mit den Möbeln zusammen zu mieten, denn sonst hätte ich keinen Platz für die. Wir haben WLAN und auch Kabelanschluss, 100 Mbps.
The room is admittedly small. However, it's furnished. The furniture includes a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a foldable chair. By the way, I can only rent out the room with the furniture, because otherwise I wouldn't have anywhere to store it. We have wifi and the room also has a cable connection to the Internet. The speed is 100 Mbps down, 10 up.
Die Wohnung ist drei Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Metzer Straße entfernt, wo man die 1 oder die 4 nehmen kann. Eine Haltestelle entfernt ist ein Rewe, und bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und unsere Nachbarn hier im Haus sind auch sehr ruhig.
The apartment is 3 minutes walking distance from the tram stop Metzer Straße, where you can catch the 1 or the 4. One stop away is a Rewe supermarket, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the central train station on the tram. The neighborhood is peaceful, as are our neighbors.
Wir sind alle ruhig und jede/r macht sein Ding. Die WG ist ziemlich sauber, denn wir haben einen Dienstplan und halte ihn auch ein. Wir haben zwei Kühlschränke, und jeder teilt einen. Alles für die Küche haben wir schon. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und natürlich offen für alle, so wie der Balkon. Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller, hier oben haben wir Wäscheständer.
We're all pretty low-key and each of us does his/her own thing. The apartment is quite clean, as we have a cleaning schedule which we hold ourselves to. There are two refrigerators, so we each share with one other roommate. Anything you could need for the kitchen is already here. The livingroom is big and open for use, as is the balcony. The washing machine is in the basement, and we hang our clothes on racks to dry.
Wir sind Leute aus verschiedenen Ländern (inklusive Deutschland!), also hier hat man eine Vielfalt, was Sprachen und Persönlichkeiten angeht. Außer Miete, Heizung und Strom (350€ im Monat) kommt dazu noch die WG-Kasse (15€). Mit dem Geld aus der Kasse kaufe ich Gemeinsames, z.B. Klopapier, Küchenrollen, Staubsaugerbeutel usw. So musst du dich darum gar keine Sorgen machen, was alle toll finden.
We roommates are from different countries (including Germany!), so we've got a variety of languages and personalities. Besides rent, heating and power (350€ per month), we each pay 15€ into an "apartment fund". The apartment fund pays for things we use in common, such as toilet paper, paper towels, vaccuum bags and so on. The result is that you needn't concern yourself with those household necessities, which most new roommates appreciate.
