Das Zimmer hat 18,5m² und ist wenn erwünscht teilmöbiliert.
Hat ein großes Fenster zu einer schwach befahrenen Straße. Über Nacht ist alles Leise ;)
Es ist wie die ganze wohnung ein Nichtraucherzimmer.
Es gibt ein voll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit TV Reciver etc und eine eingerichtete Essküche mit platz auch für mehrere Personen.
Sehr zentrale Wohnung nur ca. 1 min in die Altstadt von Landsberg.
Dauerhafte Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Bus und Bahnhof sind auch zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
Als Einkaufsmöklichkeit gibt es in ca. 10 Gehminuten einen Netto oder 15 Gehminuten den Kaufland.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und entspannte WG.
Gerne kochen wir zusammen oder machen einen Spieleabend bzw. schaun zusammen Filme.
Geputzt wird zusammen nach absprache.
