Wissenschaftlerin sucht zum 1. April eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung (oder große 1 Zimmer Wohnung) in der Innenstadt, dem unteren OV oder der nördlichen Südstadt. Die Kaltmiete sollte um 650,-€ bis max. 900,- € liegen. Gerne Dachgeschoss und bevorzugt mit separater Küche.
Balkon wäre natürlich schön, aber eine gute Lage ist mir wichtiger.
